• One and half years research experience as Research Associate at National Research Centre (NRC) for Orchids, ICAR, Pakyong, Sikkim 
• Actively engaged in research including guiding Post Graduate students 

EXTENSION:
• Actively involved in extension work of the Institute for implementing transfer of technology programme and participating in various training programmes with special reference to agriculture and allied sciences.
